Digital Health technology has emerged as a pivotal pillar in the delivery of healthcare. There has been tremendous research and development in the integration of technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, blockchain and virtual reality with pharmaceuticals and healthcare. In the absence of a specific Digital Health law, this paper seeks to knit together existing laws and regulations into what may be called an “ad-hoc” legal framework for Digital Health in India.
