NDA authors the India Chapter of the IBA Toolkit on Insolvency and Arbitration
The International Bar Association Arbitration Committee’s Working Group on the Intersection of Insolvency and Arbitration has recently released the updated version of the Toolkit on Insolvency and Arbitration 2024, initially launched in 2021.
We are proud to share that Alipak Banerjee, Head, International Dispute Resolution (New Delhi) contributed to this significant initiative and served as India’s sole National Rapporteur in both 2021 and 2024, providing critical research and insights.
The Toolkit offers valuable guidance to parties, counsel, and arbitrators where a party involved in arbitration is also subject to insolvency proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
